Timothy Wyllie – General Manager
As the third generation to lead the family business, Timothy Wyllie continues Pilot Air’s legacy of quality, trust, and customer service. With over eight years in the company and an extensive background in operations, Timothy has gained comprehensive hands-on experience and exposure across each of Pilot Air’s business units. He brings a thorough understanding of how Pilot Air’s systems and people work together to deliver dependable air solutions.
Timothy is passionate about designing and specifying custom-built air compressors tailored to meet each customer’s needs. “As General Manager, I focus on nurturing a strong, positive company culture and guiding Pilot Air into its next chapter of sustainable growth while honouring the reputation the family has built over generations”.
Eddy Pilotto, Director and Technical Manager

Eddy is a Pilot Air stalwart, having been with the company since its formation in 1980.
Beginning his career as an apprentice fitter, turner and boilermaker at Pilot Air, Eddy has been involved in the repair, design and manufacture of compressed air products ever since.
He is one of the pillars of Pilot Air and has contributed so much to its continued success.
Rod Ribet, National Sales Manager
Rod has a long history in sales with over 30 years’ experience with large corporations at a management level. He has been involved in the construction- building and hardware industries and brings a solid foundation to the team.
As National Sales Manager his motivation is to keep the family culture at Pilot Air by holding onto strong family values such as honesty, trust, loyalty and reliability. Offering good old fashion service means that every employee in the business is ready to deal with any of our customers at any time.
Matthew Kennedy, National Distribution Manager
Matt is a driven sales executive that has been in the industry for nearly 20 years. During his time, he has won many awards for being a true professional in his field.
His motivation is to build strong, long standing relationships with his customers and offer an outstanding level of customer service.

Ben Sepulveda, Distribution Manager, New South Wales/ Victoria
Ben combines technical understanding with a practical, customer-focused approach to compressed air. Drawing on his background in technical sales and electrical systems, he works closely with distributors and end users to simplify complex requirements and ensure the right compressor solution is selected the first time.
His role at Pilot Air centres on building strong relationships across the distribution network, providing responsive support, and helping customers achieve reliable, efficient compressed air performance suited to real-world applications.
